If you leave a voicemail our staff will return your call as soon as possible. Phoenix Offices is open Monday through Friday. However, our front desk/admin staff work Monday through Thursday. Most counselors do not have office hours on State or Federal holidays. |
Directions
Our office is located on the 2nd floor in the Hallmark Building on 4th Ave E. (there is an elevator). From I-5 Northbound: Take the Pacific Ave Exit. Turn left onto Pacific Ave. will become State Ave. Turn left onto Turner St and turn left onto 4th Ave E. Turn right onto Frederick St and our parking lot is on your left. Landmark "Big Toms" Drive-In is also on the corner of Frederick and 4th. From I-5 Southbound: Take the Pacific Ave Exit. Turn right onto Pacific Ave. Pacific Ave will become State Ave. Turn Left onto Turner St and Turn left onto 4th Ave E. Turn right onto Frederick St and our parking lot is immediately on your left. Landmark "Big Toms" Drive-In is also on the corner of Frederick and 4th. |
